Each package is vacuumed-packed with four 3 oz. links which are pre-cooked. Pokanoket's Ostrich Sausages come in 12 oz. units, 12 units (9 lbs.) per case.

This product has been fully cooked. To prepare, use your favorite cooking technique...

Grill - Over medium coals 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, turn frequently.

Steam - 10-12 minutes covered in a quarter cup of water.

Saute - Over medium/high heat in a little oil 6-8 minutes.
